This Chic & timeless pattern of equally sized and spaced
circles dates back to decades ago. Traditionally Polka dots were used in the
clothing of Flamenco dancers and performers (Spanish folk music& dance from the region of Andalusia in Southern Spain) in the late nineteenth century.... but
